As a child I was an avid crafter. I wanted every craft kit on the market and am thankful to my parents for supporting a hobby that left bits and pieces of crafty treasures scattered all throughout their home. As a teen and into my early twenties I branched into the world of yarn, loving both knitting and crocheting. I never had much luck with clothing so scarves and stuffed animals were my typical projects of choice. In my mid-twenties crafting simply disappeared from my life as jobs, friends, and love left me little time for anything else. And that is how it stayed for the next ten years, until unexpectedly, the urge to craft found me again, and once again I simply cannot get enough. As I jump back into the world of crafting I wanted somewhere to share my successes and failures, and whatever lessons I learn along the way. Thanks for joining me in my crafty escapades!
Not to mention the influence of your very crafty Mom -lady if many talents! Xo

So true! I honestly don’t remember learning how to knit, crochet, or cross stitch. I feel like I’ve just always known. No doubt it’s all because of my very talented Mom.
